Privacy principles
This page records the current product commitments. It is not the final legal privacy policy and must be updated against the shipping build before launch.
User control comes first
People should be able to understand what MinePulze remembers, correct it, remove it, and decide when it may be used.
Local-first must be specific
The final policy will distinguish on-device storage from any cloud or model-provider processing. MinePulze will not describe data as local when a feature sends it elsewhere.
Source and inference are different
User-provided facts, raw conversations, generated summaries, and inferred patterns should remain distinguishable. Uncertain interpretations should not silently become profile facts.
Before launch
The final policy must document collection, purposes, storage, retention, deletion, processors, security controls, age requirements, regional rights, and a dated change history.
